1. Eligibility:
- Participants must be residents of the UK and aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must be available for travel to Europe within the next 12 months and hold a valid passport.
2. Accuracy of Information:
- Participants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and complete.
3. Adherence to Guidelines:
- Participants agree to adhere to all event guidelines and safety protocols set by the organisers.
4. Communication Consent:
- Participants consent to receiving emails regarding event updates and future communications from MWPHS. Participants can opt out at any time after the event by contacting sales@mwphs.co.uk.
5. Completion of Challenges:
- All challenges set by the organisers must be completed by participants to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
6. Privacy:
- Personal information collected from participants will not be shared to any 3rd party outside of our organisation without the participant’s prior consent.
7. Liability:
- The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or other losses incurred during or after the event. Travel insurance is not included for any events where the winner is required to travel within the UK or abroad and is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they hold adequate travel insurance cover.
8. Modification of Terms:
- The organisers reserve the right to modify the terms & conditions or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances at any time.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
- Participation in this event signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
10. Media Consent:
- By participating, you agree to be featured in any of our social media content and official IntallerSHOW social media content during and after InstallerSHOW 2024.
11. Health and Safety:
- Participants must disclose any health issues that may affect their participation in the event.
12. Prize Details:
- The exact prizes will be listed and confirmed prior to the competition. Prizes included in this competition can be found by Clicking Here. All prizes have been donated by manufacturers in good faith. There is no money equivalent available for any of our prizes. We will attempt to book training days and trips with winners cooperation. However, should a winner be unable to participate in any of the training days or manufacturer trips booked, they would instantly forfeit that prize.
13. Prize Distribution:
- Prizes will be distributed within 12 months of the event.
14. Draw Selection:
- The prize draw will take place after InstallerSHOW 2024 on 28th June 2024, and 5 winners will be selected randomly. Should a winner fail to contact us within 72 hours upon notification of winning, they will forfeit their winner status and another winner will be selected at random. This will repeat until 5 winners have been confirmed.
15. Opening and Closing Time:
- The competition will open 25th June 2024 @ 10AM
- The competition will close 27th June 2024 @ 2PM
